Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Draft & Arc ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using our service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Draft & Arc you confirm that you can form a binding contract with us and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.

2. Description of Service

Draft & Arc is an AI-powered learning platform. It generates courses and step-by-step lessons on topics you choose and provides an AI voice tutor and study tools. AI-generated content is produced automatically and is intended to support your learning, not to replace professional advice.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at team@draftandarc.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & Renewal

Draft & Arc offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Pro is a recurring monthly subscription billed at the price shown at checkout. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, and your payment method is charged at the start of each billing period.

Payments and subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles billing, receipts, and applicable taxes. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms presented at checkout.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings or through the Paddle customer portal linked in your receipts. When you cancel, your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period, after which your account returns to the free tier. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Resell, sublicense, or share paid access with others outside your account
• Upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful, or that you do not have the right to use

7. Intellectual Property

The Draft & Arc platform, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by law. You retain ownership of the inputs you provide, and you may use the courses and lessons generated for your own learning. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service and all AI-generated content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for evaluating the content before relying on it.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft & Arc and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
